1. Who we are (the data controller)

This website (visualtech.ro) is operated by NETWORKING TOGETHER SRL, a Romanian legal entity trading as "VisualTech" ("VisualTech", "we"). Identification details: Tax ID (CUI) 50096657, Trade Register No. J07/345/2024, EUID ROONRC.J7/345/2024. We are the controller of the personal data collected through this website within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

• Data you send us directly: when you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or phone (name, contact details, message content).
• Data collected automatically (only with your consent): information about how the site is used, via analytics and marketing cookies (e.g. pages visited, device, traffic source, cookie-type identifiers). See the Cookies section.
• Strictly necessary data: your consent preference (saved locally in the browser) and minimal technical data for the security and functioning of the site.

We do not collect sensitive data and we do not use automated decisions with a legal effect on you.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage by category. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only after your explicit consent. Until then, no third-party tool (Google, Meta) is loaded and none receives data.

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. Cookies have the durations listed in the table above. Contact messages are kept for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards in line with applicable legal obligations.

6. Who we disclose data to

We use providers acting as processors: Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Pixel), only if you have given consent. These providers may process data outside the EEA (e.g. the US), based on legal transfer mechanisms (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). We do not sell your data.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

• Access, rectification and erasure ("the right to be forgotten");
• Restriction of and objection to processing;
• Data portability;
• Withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting prior processing);
