You can have the best site in the world — if it's slow or goes down often, you lose clients. Hosting and cloud infrastructure decide how fast the product loads, how often it's available and how well it withstands heavy traffic. At VisualTech we combine three pieces: Vercel, AWS and Cloudflare. Here's what each one does.

Vercel — fast deploys and a modern workflow

Vercel is the platform on which we quickly publish Next.js sites and apps. It offers "preview links" (you can see every change before it goes live), automatic deployment and performant, globally distributed hosting. For you it means hassle-free launches and a site that's fast from the start.

AWS — scaling and advanced infrastructure

AWS (Amazon Web Services) comes into play for projects that need serious infrastructure: storage, managed databases, processing, message queues and services that must handle heavy traffic. The advantage is scaling: you pay for what you use and can grow resources as the business grows, without moving everything elsewhere.

Cloudflare — CDN, security and global speed

Cloudflare sits "in front of" the site and does three essential things: CDN (serves content from servers close to the visitor, so it loads faster anywhere in the world), security (protection against attacks and malicious traffic) and caching (reduces the load on servers). The result: better load time and a safer site.

Speed isn't a technical whim: it directly affects conversions and SEO. See how we measure it in the guide about Core Web Vitals.

Backup, uptime and maintenance

Besides speed, it matters that the site is always online and recoverable if something goes wrong. That's why we include automatic backups, uptime monitoring, SSL certificates (HTTPS) and continuous maintenance. If a problem appears, we catch it quickly — ideally before users notice it.

In short
  • Vercel: fast deploys, preview links and performant hosting for Next.js.
  • AWS: scalable infrastructure for high-traffic projects.
  • Cloudflare: CDN, security and caching for global speed.
  • Backup, uptime and SSL — a site online 24/7 and recoverable.

What we choose for your project

Not every project needs everything. For a presentation site, Vercel + Cloudflare are often enough. For a platform with heavy traffic and data, we add AWS. We choose the solution that fits the budget and goals, so you don't pay for infrastructure you don't need. See the full tech stack or the hosting packages and add-ons.
